Temporary Activation to the RESCUE!

TestOut cares about your students’ success and understands that school alone can be stressful enough. We want every student to have first-day access to their courseware. As such, TestOut can provide a Temporary Master Activation Code good for the first 2-weeks of their class. This can highly improve all students’ chances of completing the course, reduce dropout rates, eliminate the stigma for those waiting for financial aid, improve their confidence, lessen their stress, and reduce the attrition rate of your program.

Steps to Receive Temporary Master Activation Code

1. Provide us with the following information and your Account Rep will contact you with the Master Activation Code for your class within 2 business days.
2. Temporary Activation Codes will typically expire 2 weeks from the 1^st day of the class. 
3. Provide the temporary activation code to students to set up their LabSim account or add to their existing LabSim account as they would usually do. Instructions will be provided with the Master Temporary Activation Code email.
4. If Activation Codes are received through your school administrator and are needed for multiple classes, please contact your TestOut account rep directly.

When students purchase the full license Activation Code:

1. They should add the code to their account to extend their full license to 18 months.(Instructions provided via email)
2. No progress is lost for the students and they can resume right where they left off.
