TestOut is just weeks away from completing our migration over to the new and improved LabSim 6! Some schools have already had the opportunity to witness the updated look and feel. With the migration coming to a close, we have created resources to make sure you are ready when the migration takes place for your school.
Building a remote, hands-on IT classroom to challenge and engage students.
July 28, 2020 at 10:30am MST
Johnny Carrera, Rackspace Cloud Academy Instructor, has created an ideal remote learning environment. In the Cloud Academy, students can work with peers and instructors by remotely connecting to live hardware and using cameras and video software to work together in real time. Students feel they are still in a face-to-face environment with individualized help and peer learning that exceeds a traditional classroom. Join us as Johnny shows us how to build a virtual classroom that takes online learning to a whole new level.
TestOut IT Fundamentals Pro version 2.0 is available July 14, 2020 inside LabSim 6. For more information on IT Fundamentals Pro view here or reach out to your Account Representative for access.

Most of you are experts in using LabSim in your classes. Some new instructors are wanting to know how you use LabSim's features in your Online, Hybrid, Flipped, or Traditional classrooms.
To help them, we are asking that you do a short 3-5 minute screen capture and send us the MP4. We can share it through support.testout.com with all instructors. Don't worry about making sure it is professional; the screen capture could be a "YouTube" type of quality and "off-the-cuff." You can make as many as you would like and for whatever topic you would like.
We think this way of sharing could be a successful way for all instructors to learn from each other, and specifically those who are new to using LabSim. For taking the time to help others we will send you a little thank you in appreciation. Please let us know if you have any questions.
