about Heidi Petersen

I am a Customer Success Manager for the K-12 team and have been working with TestOut instructors for a little over a year. I think teachers have the most challenging job in the world and enjoy helping them to be successful in the classroom. My husband and I are Disney fanatics and have taken our kids to the parks over 20 times. We have been accused of naming our children, Jasmine and Erik, after Disney characters, but that was just a happy coincidence. I love to read and dream of having a library like the one in Beast’s castle. My favorite thing to do is curl up with a good book, a cup of hot chocolate, and a cozy blanket. We also have an adorable puppy named Teddy. He is ridiculously lazy, completely irresistible, and the ultimate cuddle buddy.
