CompTIA has updated the objectives of the A+ (220-1101 & 220-1102) certification. PC Pro will help prepare students to learn key PC hardware and software fundamentals and demonstrate the knowledge learned throughout advanced lab simulations.

Here are some of the new objectives covered in our course update:

• Increased focus on Linux. Additional bash commands like find, cat, dig, and nano. Also includes antivirus needs, along with patches, backups, and tools for Linux systems.

• Added security concepts including biometric scanning, WPA3 wireless encryption, vishing, and various types of system vulnerabilities.

• Ticketing system navigation including user information, description of problems, severity, escalation, problem-solving, and resolution.

This significant update will cover up to 410 new objectives in the CompTIA A+ exam.
