"As an 18 year old this professor mentored me and helped me earn my CompTIA security+ and enroll in 3 TestOut courses which I got certified in one of them so far and has given me the tools to earn my job in the field as a service desk technician - all of this in less than two semesters of college with no background in computers or IT!
